I’ve been told by a family of dentists the pain is usually only 48hrs and it’s usually while only cutting. So if your little one is in pain it’s probably only going to last 2 days top for the pain, but may be fussy surrounding it. My LO was only in pain for a couple days but was fussy for a few days before.

My daughter broke two teeth within a 2 weeks 
It takes time I thought she’d get them later on but is was around before she turned 6 months

Honestly, my son had been rubbing his gums since he was 2 1/2 months old and he didn’t cut teeth till 6 months! I had no idea. They just popped up randomly after being white in the gums for a while. Best of luck to your little guy! 🤞🏼

My daughter’s were like that for nearly a month! The crazy part is that she eats regular food so you would think that would make them break through sooner but nope. She turned 7 months on the 3rd and they just recently broke through. She also had the bottom two going at the same time
