I have had 5 positive pregnancy tests at home and one digital pregnancy test saying pregnant 1-2 weeks but I am bleeding now, I’m so worried I started bleeding Thursday night but it was only when wiping and a tiny bit, but now it’s got heavier, I went for an internal scan today and they said they couldn’t see anything so I’m either just too early or it’s an ectopic pregnancy I’m so scared, they took a blood test today to check my hormone levels and I have to go back monday to see if they have gone up
