Will a double stroller be worth it for a toddler and a newborn?

We are quite active going on walks together, but I'm not sure if spending money on a double stroller will be worth it. I get mixed reviews.

Yes! My toddler is busy and if I don’t buckle her in she will run everywhere. I couldn’t imagine going to the store or anywhere without it. I have this one so if I don’t want her in a stroller and I want to wear baby in a wrap I can or I can make it a double stroller for both.

I used wagon. I’d put the car seat in with my toddler. They were both very comfortable. My toddler outgrew the stroller, it would have been a waste of money for a double... I didn’t use this exact wagon but used this pic for you to get an idea. My wagon was definitely better lol

We’ve got this one. It’s super helpful. We’ve got 3 kids under 4. We usually have the baby in her infant seat and then the older two alternate walking/riding depending on their mood. Or sometimes both boys will ride and I’ll wear the baby. I like that I can put the infant seat in either position depending on our needs for the day.

Absolutely essential. My husband tried to say we didn’t need one before the baby was born but he was dead wrong. Mr. 3 can’t walk very  far without getting tired and it’s so much easier to strap him in rather than be running after him or having to carry him while pushing Mr 9mos in the stroller. Mr 3 likes to walk but he also likes to sit up front in his stroller seat and look at a book or play with a toy

I had my 2 girls 15 months apart and I am soooooooo glad  I upgraded to a double. They both aren't always in it but they both have a seat if needed! This one is super easy to steer and folds up pretty darn good to fit in my van. I also have the option to just run it as a single if I want. We do lots of zoo trips and things like that and it has been well worth the investment!!!

I bought something similar to this.. i had already a stroller when i had my first.. so i couldnt afford a different stroller so i bought this .  You attach it to the stroller .. there are some with a sit on them so the toddler can sit.. he was 2 when i gave birth to baby it was the best i used until my oldest was 4
