I need weightloss tips.

Okay I'm the biggest I've ever been in my life. I was 180 when I got pregnant with my first in 2015. I went down to 170. I got pregnant that same year again and had my daughter 2016, dropped to 150. I just had my third son 2019 of August. I'm 206 pounds. I feel horrible about myself. I hate looking in the mirror. I want to be 160 at least again. What some ways I can do this? I dont have access to a gym so some at home tips. What are good foods and recipes for on a budget. Please help me out. I'm 5 foot 6.
