Sensitive skin bath soap???

My son is 7 months old and has extremely sensitive skin and has bad ezcema unfortunately, he was doing good with the shampoo/soap for bath time for a few months but the past two bath times I've been noticing he breaks out really badly so I was looking for other recommendations on sensitive skin soap for him?
This is what we have been using.

Wouldn't use aveeno. My 16w old baby broke out even worse on aveeno. She was bad before and this made it worse. I use cetraben on her even in the bath. It's an emollient

Have you tried Dove baby soap ?

My son has very sensitive skin and this works like a bomb and I haven’t battle at all, even in winter. We bath every night before bed.

My daughter didnt have sensitive skin but we were gifted baby bum soap/shampoo and it's been great. We also have the lotion and the sunscreen. It's made with natural products and it almost vegan in case that matters to you. Maybe worth a shot?

I would try Shea Moisture baby products. There’s an app called “Think Dirty” and it tells you the ingredients and exactly how “dirty” a product is for your little one and what may be a skin irritant.
