I had my son July 23, 2019, I have a partially blocked tube due to an ectopic pregnancy in 2018 that went undiagnosed for about 3 months and was thankfully treated with methotrexate. We were able to conceive our son after 3 months, during the month I used OPKs. I've had a miscarriage and chemical pregnancy as well. With that history in mind I dont want to wait too long before baby number 2. I haven't worked since my ectopic as I was physically not great to work for a good month or 2 and then started school and finished while pregnant with my son. My fiance and I are 23 this year, getting married July. He is a 2nd year heavy duty mechanic while I'm a stay at home mom with no mat leave. We do fine with help from our family but ideally I'd like to qualify (600hrs) before baby number 2. I would like to start TTC shortly after we are married due to my tube and I would like them close in age. For those of you who have had 2 close together in similar situations what did you do? And if you didnt work how did you manage? We are also currently struggling with sleep schedules. He will sleep 9-11hrs straight a night but getting him down for naps and bedtime is hard since he was 3 months.
