I don’t take birth control due to personal health problems but my boyfriend always pulls out when he cums, and he always wears a condom btw - he also checks the condom by squeezing it and checks for leaks 
So should i be good? Should i still get plan b?

If he wears a condom from beginning to end and there's no leaks you're fine. Obviously no birth control is 100% effective but it's not like you can take plan B everytime you have sex so you'll need to learn to trust your protection.
