I hadnt gotten my period in 4 months so I was given Medroxyprogesterone (Provera) to start my period and regulate my cycle. I took it for 5 days and was supposed to get it within 2weeks. Well yesterday ended that 2week period and nothing. Not even spotting. I'm gonna wait another week before calling obgyn, but has anyone taken this before to start your period? Also I was still having unprotected sex during the wait. Will that affect it? I already know I'm not pregnant. Didn't ovulate, no signs and took a test.

called my doctor after I hadn't gotten my period and he gave me a stronger perscription, 10mg instead of 2.5mg. hopefully this does the trick 😔
