Accidentally ate blue cheese..11 weeks pregnant

So, I forgot blue cheese is a soft cheese and accidentally ate it in a salad. Now I’m worried about risk of listeria. Anyone else eat blue cheese during pregnancy and baby was ok? This is my first pregnancy so I’m worried about everything🙈
