So my 3 month of goes down to sleep anywhere between 8-9pm. I feed her right before I put her to bed and she will sometimes sleep through the night or she will usually wake up around 4:30am. Just incase I usually express before bed to make sure my boobs aren’t super full incase she doesn’t wake up. Lastnight I expressed at 11pm and went to bed. Bub woke up at 2:30am to feed and my left breast was completely soft, flaccid and empty. My right breast which is my over achiever was not as full as usual either. I offered both breasts twice, Bub was frustrated while eating because she wasn’t getting anything. She eventually gave up and turned away, so I put her back to bed. (No fuss, she was happy with the dummy)

This has never happened before and I usually always wake up with full/sore breasts for the middle of the night feed (which is why I express before bed)

I’m back in bed now a little sad and now I also have sore nipples from how aggressively Bub was going at the boobie. 😪

Why would this be happening? Usually after a gap like that my boobs have well and truely filled up? So worried that my milk supply is going to dry up.
