40 weeks & 5 days ive been having contractions every 10 minutes and now i wiped and see a small clot... is this normal? FTM.

Totally normal! As you dilate or efface you’re cervix detaches from your water bag, which can cause some irritation and bleeding. As long as it’s just spotting your within normal.

Yeah spotting is okay. Just if there is a good amount I would call the nurse or doctor.
