Where to nap
So for months I thought babies needed to nap in the living room where there was noise and light so he would learn the difference between day and night and would get used to sleeping anywhere. All went well at first. He napped when he wanted, ate when he wanted and slept through the night. I figured he did not need sleep training and that we were all good. But now I dont know anymore as he wakes up to feed once every night and seems to be napping great at daycare and at grandfathers without crying but not at our home, he cries and cries until he falls asleep in his play pen in the living room. So I am starting to think I went at it all wrong he doesnt even have a nap schedule. So my question to you, what do you do and does your LO sleep better at night because of it?
