Pregnancy

I know it’s too early to actually test but I had I unprotected sex, two days before ovulation ( Tuesday) since then, I started out with hip/back pain and then these last two days I’ve felt extremely nauseous, to the point where I even threw up today. After throwing up I felt fine again. Can these be early pregnancy symptoms or is it still too early?
