Toy box recommendations?

Question

My 3 year old has a few of the bigger toys like construction trucks and the PJ mask/ paw patrol lookout toys. Knowing that, what would be the best toy box? We had a big wooden crate but we are moving to another country where the homes are significantly smaller but more expensive so he and my one year old might have to share a room. We purged a ton of toys and have only kept his most “cherished” ones.

We use these cube shelfs in our kids rooms as their "toy" box. They work great, keeps everything organized and contained and still aesthetically pleasing to look at lol.

To be perfectly honest....I use a big  laundry basket for the bigger toys and clear storage bins with snap lids for other stuff. The toy boxes are pricey and I get nervous of fingers jamming in the lids. The bins are easier to rotate and store.  It's not the prettiest, but what I've found works best for us.

I have this for my 3yr olds toy box. The bins are bigger and deeper than I expected which is great. I have her mega blocks in one, dolls and loose toys in the others. and I put big items like her Little People house and farm on top.
