Double dose ?
I’m supposed to take 50,000 units of vitamin D weekly and I keep forgetting until I’m so tired and I remember my levels are probably low.
I brought mom to my moms with me, with intentions to take it and I’m fairly certain I didn’t and it fell out of my pocket. It was in my north face and I threw it onto a chair.
It’s also a capsule and sometimes hard to get down and I feel like I would’ve remembered taking it, so like I said, I’m fairly certain it fell out and I just didn’t take it..
Should I just take another one?
I ready that 100,000 daily for one to several months can be toxic, this is just one time because I’m stupid.
