Think im having a girl.. 7 weeks pregnant

So im having symptoms thats leaning towards a girl.. and I really want a girl! so i know its early but i been having acne so much on my face, and body😩 also i get heartburn and i been feeling nauseous after i wake up from sleep whether i take a nap or get up for work in the morning... is it possible im having a girl? I know u can have all these symptoms and have a boy and it just depends... but i want a girl:/
