How long is your baby's bedtime routine?

Just curious if I'm doing my son's bedtime routine right or if I'm taking too long.  This is my first and I'm kind of trying to sleep train so just curious.

We only do a bath a couple days a week. When we don't do a bath it's normally right around 30 minutes. Fresh diaper, pjs, sleep sack, and then nurse or bottle to go to sleep while rocking. He has to be asleep when you put him in the crib.  If we do a bath then that takes at least another 15 to 20 minutes to the routine.

Our routine is very simple. He usually goes to bed between 9 and 10. He also eats every hour while he's awake. About 10-15 minutes before he needs to eat again (for the feeding that's gonna happen between 9 and 10) we take him into his room, turn on the noise machine, and turn on the dim little lamp we use for diaper changing and nursing during the night. We change him into pajamas if he isn't wearing some already, and use lavender "night time" lotion. After that we swaddle him, nurse him, and he usually passes out pretty hard. We just started a routine about a week ago and last night he stopped fussing as soon as he smelled the lotion! Woot woot!

We change into pjs and a sleep sack. Bum change while clothing change. Nighttime diaper! Have a bottle then turn the lights off when finished. Snuggle to sleep and into crib. If he goes down even slightly awake, he screams. But once he is down, he’s down for a minimum of 6 hours. We start this routine around 10pm and he’s fully asleep and we are in bed by 11:15pm. And that’s if it’s a rough feed or snuggle.

Music on, nappy change, clean sleep suit, feed, burp and bed...normally 30-40 mins to be sure I get plenty of burps out so she doesn’t wake after 20 mins needing to burp

If feeding is included, probably about 45 minutes. Bath, feeding, sometimes a book. She usually nurses for 20-30 and if still hungry we will give her a small formula bottle.

My daughter is 12 weeks and she’ll do a catnap (no more than 30 mins) in the afternoon just to tie her over to bedtime. Anything after that catnap is part of getting her ready for bedtime, so no tv or bright lights, a long feed, I’ll read and we snuggle on the sofa, then when I notice she gets ready for bedtime we do the “actual” routine of bath, lotion, pjs, final feed, swaddle cuddles and bed, which takes about 30 mins.
