How’d you deliver?

I’m plus size and pregnant with my first and I’m thinking about delivering How did you plus size ladies deliverer?

Two super normal vaginal deliveries.

Went into labor naturally at 38+4 with my first, gave birth vaginally and pushed for about 20-30 min total. Currently 24+2 with my second.

I was induced at my request at 40 w 3 days. She was measuring big but ended up being a very reasonable 7 lb, 11 oz. I had a vaginal delivery and they said I was a really good pusher- only took 23 minutes once we started.

Older son induced with pitocin at 40wks 6 days. Vaginal delivery. Younger son induced with cervidil and then pitocin at 40wks 2 days. Vaginal delivery. 
We will see in May what this little girl is going to do! I have no doubt I’ll have to be induced again.

Had a vaginal delivery and everything went fine. No complications during pregnancy or delivery. I did get induced on my due date because baby kept failing non stress tests. Turns out he was just really big (9lbs6oz) and didn’t have a lot of room in there.

I was induced at 38 weeks with cholestasis. I was in labor for 39 hours and 30 of them were unmedicated. I delivered vaginally, pushing for about 10 minutes. I was able to be up and walking within 30 minutes after giving birth.

I was induced, after 24 hours of labor I had a c section that went extremely well. Highly recommend discussing incision location with your OB in case you end up needing one. Mine is a little higher than normal because my belly hangs over a bit. Because of that the “usual location” for c section incision is likely to be infected so they went on my belly well below my belly button. Stays nice and dry there and I healed SUPER fast.

After issues with high blood pressure I had a c section at 37 weeks. Baby was super healthy and I had no issues with recovery.

I was induced for gestational diabetes. I labored for 31 hours and my LO just didn't want to come out, she got all kinked up in my pelvis and I ended up having a c-section

I was induced. Stayed in labor for over 24hrs, baby’s heart rate kept dropping so they had to do an emergency c-section.
