I found coconut oil worked really well for this (just from the supermarket), I was putting it on before bed and rinsing off on a morning and it really helped, nearly all clear now so hope it helps! x

I use Johnson’s baby oil gel after his bath and then after letting it sit for a few minutes I use a comb to help lift them off. 
It’s been helping so far!

Put him in the tub , wash his hair and get a extra tooth brush and use it while washing his hair then after the bath get some baby oil and use the tooth brush to get it out. It’s softens it up and it slides right out

I put breast milk on my sons head just one time, brushed his hair, left it on for a while then rinsed it off. It completely cleared up.
