7w pregnant with toddler, extreme exhaustion... feel like a horrible deadbeat mom!

I need advice. My toddler is 14 months old, for the last 2 weeks the pregnancy sickness and exhaustion have really set in. Most days all I do are lay on the couch and hope my little girl can entertain herself with toys. Even just making her meals takes it out of me. I feel like the most horrible mom that is neglecting my child. Does anyone else with small kids have suggestions on how to make it through the day? I don’t have much help from any family so I’m really on my own.
