Anyone ever have a positive at home, then a negative at the Dr?

I had a positive at home but a negative urine at the doctors. One thing I was told is that the doctors urine as well as a blood test is set at certain levels so for example an at home one can pick it up at a level of 5 but the doctors tests don’t until levels are 25+. When mine came back negative I requested a blood test and got my positive. If anything wait a few days and go back.
