Is this a second gestational sac? I go tomorrow to review the scan with my OB and have a history of twins, but of course the US tech wouldn't say anything

Yeah I agree with the other commenter. If that’s a gestational sac it may be a vanishing twin as there seems to be nothing in it. Otherwise is could be a hematoma, an ovary or something else.

If it was, they aren’t maturing so it’s probably a vanishing twin. You’re about 8 maybe 9 weeks in this? This is what my twins looked like at that point
