Sex/exercise after beta IVF/FET

Hey guys. So it seems my doc is old school. Got my beta today and my numbers were excellent! 560 on 13dp5dt!!!

I asked the nurse if I was now off restrictions physically and she said no. Keep it the same.

So, I’m not supposed to lift anything over 10lbs (which, that is out the window already. I’m a SAHM w a 3 year old) I can only walk and no sex.

Wtf.. does this seem outrageous?

My last pregnancy via IVF I had a lot of bleeding all through the first trimester due to a SCH. So I was on pelvic rest that whole time. But rn it seems excessive.

What are your docs orders on the subject?
