I have an interview tomorrow for the same company I work at but for the clinic for a full time PRA position which is what I do at the hospital but I’m on call. I had an interview for another department a month ago and didn’t get the job I think it’s how I answered the tell me about yourself question and described how I’m a hard worker and my hobbies 🤦‍♀️ and a few other things. I googled a little and I guess they’re asking your strengths and experience when they ask you that. Anyone give me advice I need this full time position.
