Recently I’ve started smoking and it helps with my anxiety. I’ve been on tri-estarylla for two years and I’m wondering if smoking will make the pill less effective in preventing pregnancy

In my personal experience no. I used to smoke everyday. 
Now you may get to high and forget to take the pill or fall asleep thus making it less effective but no weed doesn’t effect it
