Sleeppppppppp
My 7 month old goes to sleep perfectly by self after a solid consistent bedtime routine. She has slept through from 6 weeks. By sleeping through I mean 12 hours. Sometimes If she has less milk and solid intake in day or is sick before bed I don’t mind giving her w feed when she wakes for one. The problem is occasionally she will wake up through the night and be awake for hours because she won’t keep still. Sometimes I can turn her on her side and she settles back to sleep and it’s fine but other times she will be awake rolling about pulling on the cot and then she won’t settle to sleep. I’ve tried holding her rocking her Ferber method which doesn’t work because she can self settle she just can’t seem to get her self back to sleep after 5-7 hours of sleep and then is up until she will fall back asleep. She was swaddled until 5 months & loved it and weaned from it fine but the PST month or so she can’t seem to keep still. Some nights she will & sleeps through 7-6 bottle then back sleep until 7:30. She has lots of tummy time in the day & play but at night once she’s got her block of 5/7 hours she has a few hours up. Or anything from 1-3 hours. I’m exhausted. My partner had her last night and swaddled her loosely after she woke at 4 after bottle & she slept until 8. She can roll but seems to not be able to stop. What can I do. I’m severely exhausted she went through a phase of refusing feeds and waking once for a feed settling straight back to sleep and I was ok with that.
