White creamy discharge 1 day before period

Can someone tell me wtf this is. I have never had this before my period. And it's not yeast infection. My yeast infections be brutal asf. I would know if I had one. Before this was creamy I had clear egg white discharge......... and I feel bloated all the time. And tired. And I'm gaining weight. 🤔 sigh what is this? And I'm having hot flashes!!!! And some very light spotting of blood.
