first time being pregnant and just wanted to know is it possible to give birth at 36 weeks??everyone says if it's ur first baby that it will take long like until 40 weeks:(im 32 weeks now and im so done💔

They’re actually saying full term isnt even until 39 weeks now! And that 37 is considered early term. And 36 is preterm.. 
I had a 36 weeker and he needed nicu time. So let your baby develop. They will come when they are ready. As hard as that is to hear, it’s best for your baby to develop fully. Their lungs need all the time they can get.

It is, if it just happens naturally. No dr will induce that early without medical reasoning because you technically aren’t full term til min 37w. Even then most will wait til at least 40w sometimes further if there’s no medical reason

I got induced at 36 weeks for medical reasons . I am also high risk ... I’m pregnant with baby number 4 & I talked to my doctor about getting induced this pregnancy... but honestly if you don’t have any medical issues they will not induce .. you just have to hang in there

Of course it's possible. People go into labor at 20-some weeks sometimes. But that doesn't mean it's desirable. As others said, early babies end up with NICU time. That's not something you'd want!

My son came naturally at 39 weeks exactly. I’m hoping baby girl will come a little earlier. Maybe 38. They’ll come when they’re ready.
