How soon after waking up do you feed your toddler breakfast?

Trying to understand if my 15 month old is just not hungry right away in the morning and should wait a little. However we are short on time and need to be out the door for work and daycare about an hour after she wakes up.

He usually has milk or a yogurt pouch right away, then breakfast about an hour later.

We do milk right away. I actually normally already have it I'm a cup in the fridge the night before. Then breakfast about an hour later but he little guy isnt a big breakfast eater. He normally eats a earlier lunch

I get him up around 7 and we take his sisters to school then back home for breakfast usually around 8:15/8:30 so about an 1.25-1.5 hrs after he gets up.

Usually milk or water right away. He doesn’t like to eat right away though. Usually like 30 min later. On the days that I work, I will usually just take him straight to daycare and he can have breakfast there if he gets there before 8am. Or I pack some food pouches for him in his daycare bag.
