3 month old sleep issues?

Hi Nov. Mommy’s! So my LO has been an amazing sleeper. For about the first  2 1/2 months of his life he’s been sleeping through the night.  Most recently from 10pm-715 am (I know a dream).  All of a sudden for the past 5 nights he’s been waking up earlier and earlier for a bottle.  Tonight was 4am.  He hasn’t done that since he was a newborn.  He’ll be 3 months tomorrow.  Could this be a sleep regression or something else???

Could it be cause he’s hungry? Maybe try increasing his food intake before bed..

My baby just turned 14 weeks but last week she slept really bad. She woke up almost every 2-3 hours at night and wouldn’t go to sleep until 11. But last night she went back to her normal schedule slept from 8pm - 4am and than went back to sleep again until 7am. Which was great hopefully she’s back to normal now.

My girl is just 3 months today. She has been sleeping about 9pm-530ish every night. For about a week she was waking up at 3 to eat as well and then up on and off after that. She just slept the past 2 nights back at her regular schedule, so I’m hoping it was just some sort of sleep regression/growth spurt. Hopefully it doesn’t last too long for you!
