Nub theory

Can anyone please tell me what they think I’m having? Scan at 13weeks 2days 🤗 first pregnancy and took few years concieving really excited! ❤️ I don’t understand the nub theory or the skull theory? Also in the second pic are those the toes? Sorry my sonographer wouldnt explain 🤥😒Please help can someone point out the ‘nub’ in the pics I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️ x
