Spd just now starting??

Question

Yesterday and today I’ve had pains that I assume are SPD. It’s gotten worse just over one day and it hurts to move my legs, I want to rip my pubic bone off and idk how I’m gonna make it another 3 weeks if it gets worse. I have a VERY active and rambunctious 3 year old 😭 
Anyone else develop spd later like this? I feel like all the stories I’ve read women get it early and have it for quite some time.

I have SPD. I developed it this pregnancy at 18 weeks. My last pregnancy it didnt hit until 32 weeks. It got to the point I couldnt get off the couch without crying. I sleep with a pillow between my.legs. Also when your getting up or turning in bed keep your knees together when you move. It makes it less painful. Otherwise there isnt a ton that you can do to make.it.stop until delivery. I'm.almost 35 weeks now, I was put off work at 32 weeks, and to be 100 percent honest I've been having more lazy days and I'm.not in nearly as much pain.

I’m pretty sure I have that too. I haven’t been to my doctor about it yet. But LORD sometimes I can’t move because the pain on one sid rod my vagina is so bad. I also had like a popping feeling (not my water) in my pelvic area yesterday when I would walk. It’s on one side and it hurts so bad, at first I thought it was just lightning crotch but it’s gotten so much worse 😭😭

I’ve had it for almost 2 months but yesterday it got worse. I mean the pain was crazy it felt like someone was pulling the bones apart. I’m getting induced March 11th but that’s still 3 weeks and I have a 2 year old who is full of energy as well so I feel your pain. We are almost there mama.
