I second the recommendations for both Cake Maternity and Kindred Bravely, however I’m pretty sure they both only go up to size 42 bands. I would still look at both brands but consider getting a bra extender to accommodate your need for at 46 band. Just remember a 42G is not as big of cup as a 46G so you will want to go up 1 or 2 cup sizes. A 42i for example would be the same cup as a 46G (U.S. sizing) and the bra extender would make up for the difference in band size

Yes I love these too! I’m a 34/36 i and I had to get the large busty. They’re so comfy and supportive.

I have a 34i and wear a medium busty. According to the size chart, they have a fit for you too 😊 you can try and return for a different size if it doesn't work (they send a measuring tape with the bra too)
