Should I take plan B even if i’m on the pill?

I am on the Vienna birth control pill and last night the condom broke when we were having sex and we didn’t realize it until after he had cum inside me. I know that the pill is usually effective but I have had a bad experience with it not working before, and about a year ago I wound up having a miscarriage of an unknown pregnancy at 10 weeks, even though i was on the pill. Should I take plan b anyway? Do y’all think I’m safe with just the pill?
