Tylenol help 😩

So my baby absolutely hates tylenol. Like to the point that she will gag and throw up when it's put in her mouth. Yesterday we had our 4 month shots and have had a low fever that ive been trying to treat with tylenol but that's been a disaster and my poor baby is just so unhappy. I need some help, advice, tricks, alternative, something. Last night was just not good she was fussy and tossed all night long, I continually checked her temp but it stayed right around 100.7 all night. The first time I tried giving her the tylenol she threw up everywhere. The second time I tried she didn't throw up but honestly most of it probably ended up under her chin cause she refused to swallow it. This morning we're down to 99 but still just not a happy camper. Hopefully after today or tomorrow we feel better. But please if you had a different take on this tylenol thing please share cause im desperate!!
