This is my first pregnancy and I am in Canada. 
Has anyone used Doula? I am having a C-section but can I have doula as well for when I get home with baby and postpartum?

Yes! You can have a Doula for a C section and postpartum. Just research some in your area. Their job is to be there to advocate for you and support you before, during and after birth. There are only positives with having a Doula.

I’m using a postpartum doula for after I give birth- I never knew it was a thing, but it sounds like a great idea for FTMs! Currently 38w.
