fingering with iud

so last night my bf was fingering pretty vigorously and also pretty deep. it didn’t hurt until after when i started bleeding a bunch. i’m thinking he scratched me because this morning it hurts just inside and to the left side around where his fingers were. should i be worried he moved my iud up because i had him check for them then after and he can’t find them. we had sex right after the fingering, and he finished in me so just a little worried that my iud was knocked....any chance of pregnancy beside the normal percentage...thanks
