Which Birth Control Do I get?

so my fiance and i were trying for a baby for about 7 months and i never got pregnant. everytime i would start my period and pregnancy tests would cone out negative, u better believe we would both would break down crying. but now, we decided we haven't recieved the miracle because we just arent financially stable. so i want to go on birth control. i just don't know which one to get. i didn't like the pills or the patch and I've heard bad feed back about the shot and the implant. help pls?
