3 months later we are TTC!!

My baby boy turned 3 months yesterday and after bugging my husband basically since pregnancy he agreed to have our second close in age to our first! I'm so ecstatic! We conceived our first on the first try, curious If our second will be more difficult. What was your experience ?

We come from a very small town in canada. People are judgemental. But we have big goals and a clear path on how to get to them. We will be buying a house within the next year or 2 as well as a much needed 7 seater vehicle this summer (he has a daughter with another woman, and I've been co-parenting a 4 year old since he was 6months old. So we will be a very blended family of 6!)

Here is my 1st born and myself

Careful! You’re very fertile right after having a baby. Once your body is ready to start ovulating again, you’ll be shooting eggs out like it’s nobody’s business. They say there’s higher chances of multiples! (Which is why I said careful... but also cause your body/uterus needs time to heal before starting again!) good luck!

having multiples is a blessing! (twin mom 💕) but having them right after a pregnancy is super hard on your body, i got pregnant w/ my twins 3 months after i had my last son and ended up having my twins at 30 weeks due to my body not being able to handle it. i love how close in age my kids are though; they’re 5 yrs, 4yrs, 12mo & my twins are 2 months 😄

I didnt even think of that! Funny, my medium (I know, but I'm superstitious) said that she saw us potentially having twins. I would be happy to have multiples if that was what happened.

I purposely got pregnant 3.5 months after giving birth to my first. I got pregnant on the first try, had a healthy pregnancy and delivery. Now I have 2 beautiful girls that are 13.5 months apart. It is constant chaos but I don't regret pur decision to have babies close together whatsoever.

I wanted my LOs close in a age too. My doc wanted me to until until at least 9 months postpartum but I got pregnant when my son was 5 months lol honestly The only reason I didn’t listen was because it took a year to get pregnant with my son so I thought it was going to take a couple months at least to get pregnant again nope ended up pregnant the first try lol

Took me a year to conceive my daughter. In December we started trying for baby 2 (daughter was 9 months old) and I got pregnant the first try 😳 we were super happy but surprised because it took so long for baby 1. LOLAfter having a baby you are more fertile.. now I believe it 😂

I have gotten pregnant with all my kids on the first cycle. I think people judge no matter what. My husband was 47 and I was 29 when we started to TTC. But here we are, our boy will be 13 months in 2 days.

Aw congratulations! You're right, its something I've learned as well that people will judge no matter what so do what makes you happy! I'm 23 and my husband is 24, everyone tells us to slow down, we have our whole leaves ahead of us etc... but we know what we want and want to raise our children while we are still young. People will always have an opinion

Hopefully your doctor is okay with this plan :) We got pregnant quickly the first time. Then had a miscarriage and started TTC right away. Then it took 13 months to conceive our daughter (first full term pregnancy). And it took three months to conceive her little sister. Good luck!

Exactly. Same. I’m surprised that not all health professionals advise the same but to each their own

because your body needs to fully heal in between pregnancies, my doctor said 18 months gives you the best chances of not putting too much on your body

Ok 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was told by my midwife to wait a year to get pregnant again 🤷🏻‍♀️
