EBF Mama’s How Many Times a Day Are you Nursing?

Since we started doing solids twice a day my LO is nursing less. Usually 5 times a day, for shorter periods as well. She just isn’t that interested anymore. I nurse her before solids so that she isn’t filling up on food. She is never really hungry between feeds anymore she only roots when she is tired, never out of hunger. The longest I let her go between feeds is 4hrs but I think she would go even longer. I keep hearing others talk about feeding their baby a minimum number of oz for formula or expressed milk bit I have no idea how much she is getting. I just keep a close eye on wet diapers.
