Breech is super normal at this stage. Where I am, they don't worry about a breech baby until at least 36 weeks. 
And I'm not sure where you heard that about an anterior placenta. You can have a completely normal birth with an anterior placenta, it just may take longer to feel movements. 
I had an anterior placenta with my second baby. I felt him at 16 weeks. His labor was 16 hours (super easy compared to my first labor which was 68 hours.) And I only pushed for 30 minutes, versus 3+ hours with my first baby. I did not have an anterior placenta with my first baby, just my second.

It doesn’t mean anything. It just describes where the placenta attaches. My first was anterior, don’t know yet about this one. Vaginal birth without any complications. You just may not feel as many movements or as soon since it’s basically like a pillow between you and the baby. Also it’s normal to be breech this early. Cysts are also fairly normal and usually resolve before birth

I had an anterior placenta with my first. The only issues I had were feeling kicks less often than someone with a posterior placenta. I was induced and my labor was only 8.5 hours from the time they broke my water until I started pushing. Delivery was perfect and had no issues. 
I have an anterior placenta this time as well. I’m 17 weeks today and the only issue I have is not feeling movement 😞. It’s nothing to worry about!

I had an anterior placenta with my little girl, caused absolutely no issues and was never mentioned as being anything other than something that sometimes happens.. it usually just means babies movements are not felt as strongly or felt a little later than usual. 
Second baby, will find out placental position it two weeks :)!

I have an anterior placenta and have been told it won't cause issues unless placenta is low before birth because then you would have to have a c section. An anterior placenta is quite common so I don't think we have anything to worry about!! unless doctors say otherwise Don't worry yourself!! My first born I was in labor for 5hrs before she came with only gas. Even with an anterior placenta this pregnancy they have told me it could be an even quicker birth so I'm to head to hospital as soon as contractions start. Everything will be fine hun xx

Mine told me she was breech at my apt today- 19w anatomy scan. They said that’s totally normal. She moved so much she only stayed like that for a few min lol
