I am freaking out I failed the 1hr test and I have to do the 3 hr test and I have no idea what I am suppose to eat Nobody is diabetic in my house and I’m reading about it and the diet is really strict

Is it normal to be this freaked??? out my mom said I’ll pass the 3hr test but I’m upset I even failed the 1hr I feel like I’m doing something bad for my baby
