Formula and Bottle Feeding

I’m 23 weeks along with my 3rd baby right now. My first had to be on formula from a couple weeks old (Nutramigen) because of allergy issues. My second was breastfed and completely refused a bottle so I was unable to work for a long time. I’m terrified of that happening again as we cannot afford for me to be off work that long once baby is born. For this reason I am choosing not to physically breast feed this baby. My question is for moms who formula/bottle fed from the start, what formula and bottles did your baby take to the best? I am going to try to pump but I know how exhausting it can be and did not respond well to a pump before, so I fully expect to have to switch to formula very soon after birth.
