One day period??

I got my period of Friday and it only lasted like Friday night- Saturday morning and then I waited a few days and there's still nothing. I've been having terrible cramps and I normally don't and when I do midol can take care of it and it couldn't this time.

It could be caused by a lot of different factors, Monica.

​Anything from significant changes in your weight, stress levels, to changes in your physical activity levels (like suddenly exercising more or less than you had been). If you've been sexually active, pregnancy may be the cause, or possibly an ovarian cyst (most of which are normal in young women of child bearing age who have not had children yet - the cysts usually go away on their own).

​It's difficult to tell without more information and knowing more about your history. I recommend contacting your GP or Ob/Gyn if those are available to you.
