Nope. People warn you about pregnancy hunger. Breastfeeding hunger is a whole nother level of hungry. I havent gained anything, but i literaly ALWAYS have food an am always eating.

Yep, I’ve lost 44lbs in the 6 months I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding. When I formula fed my second, I lost maybe 10lbs in 2 years even with regular exercise. With my first, I also lost 20+ lbs exclusively breastfeeding. But even with being a SAHM, I’m also regularly active (yoga/ strength training) and see a personal trainer and chiropractor 2x weekly, eat mostly raw, healthy foods. Constantly on the go chasing around 3 kids under 5 and an 8 month old pittie. I was 168lbs when I went into labor, and am 124lbs now. Exercise probably has a lot more to do with it, but breastfeeding definitely helps (which is not the reason I’m EBF btw). I couldn’t lift over 5 pounds and was on bed rest for the majority of my pregnancy so it’s nice to be able to be active again🖤

No I didn’t. I didn’t eat crappy and I didn’t pig out, but I didn’t lose weight  my doctor says that it happens to people. Sometimes your body holds in to the fat stores to make breastmilk, causing some people to not lose weight. I breastfed for 8 months.
