My baby was born at 36 weeks and 2 days. We were lucky and he didn't have to go to the NICU and actually got to come home when I did. Since then I have been to the doctor multiple times and no one has mentioned anything to me about using an adjusted age since he came almost a month before his due date. I have his 4 month coming up, should I mention it to them or just leave it if they aren't concerned about his development?

Note: they also don't use the adjusted growth chart but I'm not worried about that. It just makes me wonder if they forgot he was early.
