I bought the newborn class and got my money back because it’s all stuff I was already doing and it was all literally on her instagram stories. 
Crying it out isn’t for me personally and I won’t do it but if the ABCs class is anything like the newborn, it’s all stuff you can find online. Plus, I’ve heard it’s practically the Ferber method which is free online. I’d save your money and just google it.

I voted yes because it worked for us. Though I will say it’s fairly “easy” stuff that you could find on the internet. The thing I liked about it, especially the videos was she gives a really good in depth reasoning behind it and how it works. Before making my husband watch the videos he was completely against it, after he said it made sense and he felt better about it. 
The first night was for sure the worst, but it’s nice now knowing that she can put herself back down if she does wake up.

Yes. But you have to follow the steps or it isn't going to work. I would question the people that said no if 
1. Did you actually buy the program? 
2. Did you follow the steps?
3. Does your child have an underlying issue that caused it not to work (ex. Sick?)
I co slept with my daughter, and had to hold her through all her naps before we did the program. And it worked for us. But we followed what she said. It's hard but totally worth it. My daughter sleep 11-12 hours straight through the night in her crib and in her crib for naps.
