Treatment?

My little girl will be 7 months on the 29th. She has the strawberry thing on top her head. I noticed a red dot at like 2 weeks and now its the size of a pencil eraser. Her ped did not mention any option of treatment. He just said it will go away sometime. How has your little ones been with this? Anyone's gotton bigger or went away? Any tips? Any concerns I should be aware of?

I just took this. It has not changed much in the last couple of months. Hopefully that is a good sign, since it has not gotten any bigger lately.

With it being that size most will reduce on their own quickly and do not need propranolol to treat. You can ask about a topical drop called timilol (eye drop often used for glaucoma and reduces blood pressure which treats the hemangioma as well) they usually work well on smaller or flat hemangiomas. If you happen to have a picture of hers I would be happy to share if it may work we or not.
