How to get baby to move?

I feel like there is very little movement today..
Updated: got some
Movement but still went in! They found her heartbeat ASAP and it’s strong at 142...I guess just a lazy growing day for us!! Ladies, always go in. (I literally always go in for anything slightly abnormal)

Try drinking something really cold, eat something sugary and lay down on your left side, baby should get moving after that

Some cold juice and laying down or sitting down for a bit works for me most times

If you still feel there’s less movement now, maybe call your dr just to make sure all is okay

I usually drink orange juice and as long as I'm full I had enough water she moves and kicks

If I lay on my back for more then 3 mins, my baby goes crazy! 
Or if I play music on my phone and put it close to my belly.
