Vagina hygiene
This is so embarrassing to have to post. I’m 19 and always washed the outside (vulva) w soap and water when I shower, however after getting a few yeast infections my OB told me to only wash with water?! Is this common, the “right” way?! Will it effect the smell or taste if I just wash with water?!
